Job Posting: Direct Support Professional

Location: Lincoln, IL | Type: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Pay: Starting wage is 19.35 per Hour Daily Pay option

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO Based on Full Time Status

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal prep.

  • Implement Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSP).

  • Administer medications and accurately log daily progress in electronic health records.

  • Encourage personal choice, community involvement, and recreational activities.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications: Age 18 , High School Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, caregiver background check, basic computer skills
