Our Team
As the Pricing and Promotions Lead in North America (NA), you will own end-to-end strategy and execution for key product categories across the US and Canada. You will leverage data analytics and modern automation tools from Vista's portfolio to design, implement, and optimize pricing and promotional strategies that maximize revenue, drive customer lifetime value, and maintain optimal profitability. This is a high-impact, highly visible role serving as a primary strategic partner to cross-functional leaders across Product Category, Finance, Shipping, and Marketing.
What You Will Do

Architect and execute comprehensive pricing and promotional strategies for new product launches and existing portfolio optimization across the NA region.

Integrate and deploy automated workflows and AI tools to streamline operational execution and scale pricing capabilities across business lines.

Analyze complex datasets and market trends to establish robust list pricing frameworks, promotional mechanics, and competitive benchmarking.

Collaborate seamlessly with Product Category and Marketing leadership to ensure promotional roadmaps align directly with broader business growth goals.

Partner with Finance to build predictive models, forecast commercial performance, and track ROI across all campaign initiatives.

Deliver executive-level recommendations to senior leadership, clearly articulating business impact, expected margins, and operational efficiencies.

Evaluate and report on high-impact pricing initiatives through automated dashboarding and structured post-mortem reviews.

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of operational excellence, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.
Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (STEM, Economics, Finance) or equivalent experience.

5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, promotions, or strategic business analytics.

Practical proficiency in leveraging data modeling, intelligent process automation, or modern analytics tools to solve complex business problems.

Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, with experience integrating automated workflows to enhance analytical accuracy.
Nice to Have

Practical experience with AI frameworks, prompt engineering, or applying LLMs to business processes.

Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and enterprise cloud data platforms (such as Snowflake).

Solid foundational understanding of business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

Compensation:
US Target Hiring Range :$85,000.00 - $144,000.00 Per Year
Cimpress/Vista is committed to transparent and competitive compensation. In alignment with our compensation philosophy, the target hiring range is based on total cash compensation across our multiple U.S. pay zones. The actual salary offered will depend on factors such as location, education, training, and experience. Cimpress/Vista offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, wealth and wellness programs, as well as long-term equity incentives, subject to eligibility.
Due to current US government policy changes, we are currently not sponsoring new H-1B petitions subject to the $100,000 filing fee under the September 2025 Presidential Proclamation. Candidates with existing work authorization or H-1B status not subject to this fee may still be considered.
Salary : $85,000 - $144,000
