What You’ll Do

• Process and track life insurance applications from submission to policy issue.
• Communicate with carriers, advisors, and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate case management and processing.
• Maintain consistent client follow-up via phone and email to guide them through the application process and address outstanding items.
• Review applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records and follow established processes to ensure compliance.
• Work closely with our advisory team to deliver exceptional client service.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of experience processing life insurance applications preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  
  

Work Environment

• Work from home after the initial training period.
• Ideally able to come into the Horsham, PA office 1–2 times per month for team collaboration.
