Responsibilities:- Gather each client’s financial information to determine financial status, cash flow, financial goals, and financial expectations
- Assist clients in implementing financial recommendations such as life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products
- Execute exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
- Design customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
- Establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor and continuously identify, seek, and approach prospects
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning, investment, and insurance solutions to individuals, families, and businesses.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and expertise.
- Leverage Vista Wealth Solution's robust network of specialists, including tax, estate planning, business development, and wealth management teams.
- Utilize advanced digital tools to manage your business efficiently and provide enhanced transparency to clients.
- Maintain all necessary licenses and adhere to compliance standards.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field
- Knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is desired
- Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferred
- 2 years of experience as a financial advisor, wealth manager, or related role.
- Active state insurance licenses and FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, or 66 (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and analytical skills.
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered advice.
