What You’ll Do
- Lead by example and represent the Dairy Queen brand professionally
- Deliver excellent customer (fan) service and coach the team to do the same
- Run shifts across front of house and kitchen operations
- Control labor and food cost to support profitability
- Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Help hire, train, coach, and develop Shift Leads and Crew Members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant
- Handle customer concerns using service recovery standards
- Support local marketing and community efforts when needed
- Take ownership of your responsibilities and hold the team accountable
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred)
- Experience managing labor and food cost
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
- High energy, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willing to work around heat, cold, and busy shifts
- Professional attitude, punctual, positive mindset
