Job Overview

A locally owned and operated 7-Eleven franchisee is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Retail Store Manager to lead operations at our franchise location. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of prior experience managing a 7-Eleven store, with in-depth knowledge of 7-Eleven systems, standards, and daily operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, is passionate about team development, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations including inventory control, merchandising, staff scheduling, and customer service at a 7-Eleven franchise location.
• Lead, train, and supervise team members to maintain operational excellence and adherence to 7-Eleven brand standards.
• Drive sales growth through effective strategies, promotional execution, and performance management.
• Manage financial aspects of the store including cash handling, loss prevention, daily reports, and budgeting.
• Utilize 7-Eleven POS and back-office systems for inventory, reporting, and operational analysis.
• Analyze store KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and execute action plans.
• Ensure store is compliant with all 7-Eleven franchise policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Foster a positive team culture, prioritizing customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Manager at a 7-Eleven location (Franchise or Corporate-Owned) – Required
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Deep familiarity with 7-Eleven operations, compliance requirements, and customer service expectations.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, manage labor costs, and drive operational efficiency.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, and coaching employees.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Bilingual/multilingual abilities and grocery experience are a plus.
• Must be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
