POSITION SUMMARY

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and assigned public areas to ensure Hilton brand standards and cleanliness expectations are consistently achieved. This role plays a critical part in delivering a positive guest experience by maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming accommodations.

Successful candidates demonstrate attention to detail, efficiency, reliability, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas in accordance with Hilton brand standards
• Make beds, replace linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, clean floors, and sanitize surfaces to ensure rooms are guest-ready
• Restock towels, toiletries, and guest amenities in assigned rooms
• Ensure all assigned rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards prior to inspection
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and damaged items promptly to management
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
• Follow Lost and Found procedures and hotel safety protocols
• Handle cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
• Maintain organized housekeeping carts, storage areas, and supply closets
• Support deep cleaning projects and assist with public area cleanliness as needed
• Acknowledge and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner throughout the property
• Complete daily assignments efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity expectations
• Support other departments and perform additional duties as assigned by management

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 
  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and push or pull housekeeping carts and equipment
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and move throughout the property as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Basic communication and comprehension skills in English preferred
• Ability to follow instructions, schedules, and cleaning standards consistently
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
