- Answer phones and engage with walk-in guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude,
- Conduct tours of the hotel and meeting spaces, showcasing facilities and services
- Assist in negotiating room rates and other hotel services, communicating booked
- Provide comprehensive support to clients, from initial contact through the
- Consistently communicate with all team members, serving as the liaison between
- Collaborate with the sales team to assess departmental progress, adapt sales
- Coordinate customer specifications with other departments, responding quickly to
- Maintain organized and legible records, files, and documentation to ensure
- Reach individual booking revenue goals by selling, negotiating, prospecting, and
- Prepare contracts, proposals, rate agreements, and other necessary
- Resolve issues, complaints, and problems to ensure high-quality service and
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall sales
Position Requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred, especially in a hospitality
