- Provide exceptional customer service, making guests' overnight stays comfortable
- Perform quality assurance (QA) requirements for the front desk department.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and relevant ordinances
- Act as the night manager on duty, handling guest requests, questions, and issues
- Verify the accuracy of all allowances, corrections, and miscellaneous vouchers
- Balance all credit card transactions, prepare deposits, and verify in-house and
- Conduct the property management night audit system, closing the current business
- Manage guest complaints, documenting requests and issues, and ensuring timely
- Organize and complete end-of-shift paperwork, phone reports, restaurant
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby, coffee stations, and
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overnight operations.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage financial transactions
- Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
