Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, verifying billing accuracy and updating financial records with precision.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette.
- Monitor security systems and perform routine visual inspections of the property to ensure safety and security for guests and staff.
- Assist with guest relations by addressing special requests, providing information about hotel amenities, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the night.
- Maintain accurate logs of all activities, incidents, and transactions during your shift for accountability and reporting purposes.
- Support front desk operations by managing reservations, updating guest information, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly within resort or hotel environments.
- Strong knowledge of night audit procedures, front desk functions, and guest services best practices.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, hotel management software, and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
