We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist. As a Client Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and patients. Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone & email.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client services processes and procedures
- Perform data entry tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience in healthcare is preferred
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate information to clients in a clear and concise manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
