Hours
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
No Weekends, No holidays.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Assist customers with product or service information, guiding them through processes clearly and efficiently.
- Enter data accurately into company systems, including customer details, transaction records, and call logs.
- Support sales efforts by promoting products or services when appropriate, contributing to team goals.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, demonstrating strong communication skills and Bilingual or Multilingual abilities if applicable.
- Follow established protocols for cash handling and processing payments when necessary.
Experience
- Previous call center experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Excellent analysis skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately to manage high call volumes efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data entry tasks and basic customer service principles enhances success in this role.
