Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our multifamily residential property. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of maintenance management practices. This role is critical in ensuring that all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently, safely, and effectively. The Maintenance Supervisor will manage projects and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Oversee the maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain high voltage and low voltage electrical systems, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Lead, train, and mentor maintenance staff to promote professional development and enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the facility.
Skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency for tracking maintenance activities and reporting.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations.
- Expertise in HVAC systems management and facilities management best practices - Must have or be willing to obtain EPA HVAC certification
