Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management or a related field
- Experience supporting large-scale programs, initiatives, or organizational processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Technical Skills
- Intermediate-level knowledge of systems, tools, and methodologies supporting program and project implementation
- Experience applying technical and operational knowledge to support enterprise initiatives
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is a plus
