IT Product Manager
Contract to Hire
Hybrid - Colorado Springs (we are not considering out of area candidates)
US Citizen or Green Card required
We’re looking for a strategic, user‑focused IT Product Manager to guide the transition to a modern IT service management platform while shaping processes, improving user experience, and maximizing technology value across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle.
- Serve as the bridge between users, technical teams, and leadership.
- Lead change management, communication, and rollout planning.
- Deliver training, job aids, and adoption resources.
- Track product adoption, satisfaction, and business outcomes.
- Manage backlog prioritization and product governance.
- Partner with vendors to oversee features, releases, and performance.
- Support ITIL processes including incident, problem, change, and request management.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years in Product Management, Agile PM, Business Management, or related roles.
- Experience managing legacy applications with modernization goals.
- Able to thrive in a fast paced and, at times ambiguous work setting.
- Work well under pressure, ramp up quickly on new tasks.
Preferred:
Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms, or UKG.
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO).
