What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Coordinator position at Visium Resources, Inc.?
Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Data Entry Coordinator position. This position is a 2 month contract opportunity that is fully onsite and based in Irvine, CA.
- Review Data within SAP
- Inspect and verify shipping & receiving paperwork, invoices, packing slips
- Input and analyze data in Excel
- Assist the Compliance officer and Freight Manager with various tasks as needed
- Conduct meetings in person or online
- Capable of working flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by Team leaders
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
- 2 years of ERP experience
- 2 years of using Excel / Word
- Excel Skills in Pivots and VLOOKUP's
- 1 year of SAP experience
- 5 years on Excel
- 2 years of shipping & receiving experience
