Role Description
We are looking for a creative Social Media Content/Video Creator Specialist to join our Marketing team. This is a contractor-to-potentially full-time role. A key part of this role will be serving as the face of our brand in video content. The ideal candidate should be very comfortable appearing on camera, creating engaging long-form YouTube videos, Instagram reels, and representing our brand personality across all social media platforms. We are looking for someone to take full ownership of our social media strategy and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging long-form YouTube videos, shorts, Instagram reels, and Tiktok videos, representing our brand personality across platforms.
- Responsible for end-to-end video production- from writing scripts to video production to editing to posting.
- Comfortable filming street-style content and interacting with the public on camera.
- Develop and execute social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and partners to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
- Monitor and respond to social media conversations, feedback, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.) to integrate social media into broader campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve social media strategy and tactics.
- Identify and manage potential social media risks and crises, including developing and implementing response plans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of social media experience creating and scheduling videos on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, & TikTok.
- 1 year of experience posting on LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, and the ability to interpret performance data.
- Experience with video editing tools like Veed.io, Capcut, or others.
- Knowledge and Experience with the latest Social Media marketing trends and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively within a hybrid, multi-functional team.
The hourly pay range for this position is $25-$35 and is dependent on experience.
