Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, design-savvy Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our Santa Clara team. This is a fully on-site role — ideal for someone who loves capturing beautiful interiors, behind-the-scenes moments, and storytelling through content. You’ll work closely with our design and staging teams to plan, shoot, and publish engaging content that showcases our brand’s aesthetic, process, and results.
Key Responsibilities
• Capture photo and video content during staging installs, photoshoots, and warehouse prep days.
• Create engaging Reels, transformation videos, and lifestyle posts that highlight our design work.
• Plan and execute monthly social-media calendars (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Write captions that align with the One Two Six Design tone — modern, polished, and approachable.
• Schedule posts, track analytics, and optimize performance for reach and engagement.
• Engage with followers, realtors, and brand partners to grow community awareness.
• Stay on top of design, real-estate, and social-media trends.
Qualifications
• 2 years of experience managing social media for a creative or design-based brand.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends.
• Excellent aesthetic eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar editing tools.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Comfortable working on-site during staging and shoot days.
• Must have reliable transportation to attend projects across the Bay Area.
Bonus Skills
• Photography or videography background (especially interiors).
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite or Later.
• Experience with influencer collaborations or paid promotions.
Compensation
Hourly rate or monthly retainer, depending on experience and scope.
