What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, including wound care, medication management, catheter care, diabetic care, and more.
- Completing comprehensive assessments and developing personalized care plans.
- Educating patients and families — and repeating yourself patiently when needed.
- Documenting clearly and efficiently in a user-friendly EMR.
- Managing a range of care — from wellness checks to complex cases — with the time to do it well.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts
- 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while still valuing team support
- EMR experience preferred (ours won’t emotionally damage you)
- Home health or similar experience required

- Experience with neurological or complex care populations
- Experience providing care under waiver or specialty programs (ABI, pediatric, etc.)
- Comfort educating and collaborating with families and caregivers
- A sense of humor — it helps in home care
