$37–$40 per visit | Flexible Schedule

We’re growing and looking for a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant to support patients throughout the Groton residential communities of Massachusetts.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide in-home physical therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising PT.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies to keep recovery moving forward.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies that translate into daily life.
- Document clearly and efficiently in our user-friendly EMR (no late-night charting marathons).

Requirements
Need To Have:
- Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Be comfortable working independently while still being supported
- Afternoon availability
Nice To Have:
- EMR experience
- Home health experience
