Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is a clinician-owned, rapidly growing home healthcare organization dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care while supporting the professionals who make it possible. We are currently seeking a Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in the Sutton area due to continued growth and increasing patient demand.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services in patients’ homes under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers to support independence with daily living skills
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Massachusetts COTA license
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
