Overview: Establishes new and maintains existing relationships with key community organizations and leaders, including but not limited to Community Based Organizations (CBOs) community leaders, advocacy groups, clinics and the provider community. Educates potential patients in the communities served by VNS Health Personal Care about Home Care Services and the benefits of enrolling in these services. Achieves monthly enrollment requirements and attends and conducts presentations during weekly events. Works under moderate supervision. Responsibilities:
Valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle or ability to travel through the 5 boroughs preferred
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent requiredAssociate's Degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration or related discipline preferred
Work Experience:
Minimum three years experience in similar role in the Home Care industry requiredExperience marketing to a culturally diverse target population requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to speak in front of large groups requiredStrong organizational skills requiredExisting relationships with key potential referrers requiredBi-lingual skills strongly preferred
Pay Range: USD $62,400.00 - USD $72,000.00 /Yr.

What You Will Do
- Develops effective working relationships with the leadership and/or staff of key referral sources such as CBOs, the provider community, religious organizations and other appropriate channels to grow membership.
- Provides direct consumer education about Home Care and the Home Care enrollment process.
- Performs retention efforts developed by department leadership to reduce member turnover.
- Develops, plans and executes health fairs and presentations to key community organizations.
- Initiates projects with department leadership to generate leads, build brand awareness and enroll new members.
- Travels between numerous referral sources across all regions to promote Home Care Awareness and Personal Care Retains and strengthens relationships with vendors, consumers and customers, including payers and provider networks.
- Develops and implements strategies for relationship management and retention and identifies potential customers. Enrolls new patients to VNS Health Personal Care.
- Meets face-to-face and remotely with new and existing con
- sumers in order to ensure patients understanding of the process and to assist with enrollment.
- Develops communication and prepares strategies to grow and diversify the relationship with potential Patients.
- Must be a self starter, able to work under minimal supervision
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
