The VNA Assistant Clinical Manager (ACM) serves as the primary leader for field staff supervision, performance management, and clinical accountability within the Home Health department. This role focuses on team leadership, productivity oversight, professional development, and fostering a culture of quality and engagement. The ACM does not manage daily clerical workflow, order processing, or routine scheduling adjustments. Instead, this role ensures staff performance, consistency in expectations, and alignment with agency quality standards.

Education, Training & Experience
- Current Indiana licensure as a Registered Nurse, BSN degree preferred.
- Must be detail oriented and customer service focused.
- One year experience in a health care setting required with some home care scheduling experience desired.
- Hospice, Home care or geriatric experience preferred.
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access).
Must meet the requirements for employment, including but not limited to, possession of a valid driver’s license, insurance, successful completion of a criminal background report, and post offer physical exam and drug screen.
