VNA Care is seeking a Weekend Home Health LPN to provide home health visits in and around Needham. The position entails working on Saturdays and Sundays with flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts within the Needham Teams' territory.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid MA LPN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience
- Ability and willingness to travel within a designated territory
Responsibilities
- Conduct home health visits on weekends in Needham territory
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality patient care
- Document patient information accurately using the EMR system
- Participate in an extensive Home Health orientation program
- Work with a preceptor for 6-8 weeks to review skills and enhance Time Management capabilities
