What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Manager (RN)- Home Health- Concord position at Visiting Nurse Association of Boston & Affiliates?
VNA Care is adding an additional clinical team to our Concord office and hiring a Clinical Manager (RN).
The Clinical Manager will report to the Clinical Director and be responsible for a team of RNs, PTs, OTs, LPNs and administrative support personnel.
CM must have the ability to challenge and motivate a committed team and ensure the continued exceptional care given to our clients. Primary areas of responsibility include communicating, planning, monitoring, coordinating, initiating and supervising the day-to-day operations.
Experience:
- Home care experience.
- 3 years clinical experience
- 1 year of leadership experience.
- Minimum of three years clinical experience
- Possess required knowledge, skills and abilities; proven oral and written communication skills; ability to select, motivate and retain employees, ability to effectively manage and direct others; ability to promote and participate in team efforts
Education:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
- Oasis Certification preferred
