Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate care plans with providers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Verify patient insurance and assist with prior authorizations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the EMR system.
- Take and record vital signs.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or Medical Assistant is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
