What You’ll Do
- Conduct full health assessments, exams, and medication reviews.
- Create personalized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
- Manage chronic and acute conditions with confidence and compassion.
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications responsibly within your NP scope.
- Educate residents and families on staying healthy and independent.
- Keep clear, up-to-date records in eClinicalWorks.
- Participate in quality initiatives that truly make care better.
What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP program.
- Active New York State NP license and DEA registration.
- Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid billing.
- 3 years of clinical experience (geriatric or long-term care experience is a big plus).
- A great bedside manner, a big heart, and a good sense of humor.
