Role Overview:
As an In-Home Caregiver at Visiting Angels, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and dependable care to seniors in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families to ensure our clients receive the support they need for a comfortable and dignified lifestyle. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to seniors, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning as required.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organization.
- Document care services provided and communicate regularly with families about progress and needs.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Experience in caregiving required.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in English.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, Sunday through Saturday.
Bonus If You:
- Are CNA licensed.
- Have prior experience in a home health, nursing, or personal care setting.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is Part-Time, with possible shifts Sunday through Saturday.
Location:
This position is on-site in McAlester, Oklahoma, and the surrounding areas.
