We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and care to individuals in their own homes on the weekends. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires a blend of personal care skills and the ability to assist with daily living activities while fostering a positive and respectful environment.

Areas of Service

We are currently hiring caregivers to serve clients in Elk Rapids, Kewadin, Williamsburg, and the surrounding areas. We are especially looking for dependable caregivers who live in or are comfortable traveling to these communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Monitor and record vital signs as needed, ensuring any changes are communicated to family members or healthcare professionals.
• Support clients with mobility assistance, including lifting when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Implement memory care techniques for clients with cognitive impairments.
• Promote independence while providing necessary support.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to create personalized care plans.
