Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at Visiting Angels Utah County. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for finding the best caregivers in Utah County to support our clients and their families. Responsibilities:

• Own the recruiting process and qualify candidates to support high growth

• Review resumés and conduct interviews to filter qualified candidates

• Manage candidate pipeline, track KPIs, and constantly work to improve processes

• Create recruiting materials in all forms for events, social media, marketing, etc.

• Contribute to a responsive and professional office environment, helping answer phone and email inquiries of caregivers and clients.

• Support Orientation and caregiver training to elevate retention and job satisfaction

Knowledge and Abilities:

• Excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills

• Solid organizational skills and efficiency, being detail-oriented

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a willingness to collaborate and grow through feedback

• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Familiarity with laws and best practices applicable to hiring and recruiting

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of higher volume recruiting experience

• Associates degree required

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus

• Experience working in the senior care industry is a plus

About the Role:

The Recruiting Coordinator will work in our Provo, Utah office, conducting interviews, reviewing resumés, and managing candidate pipelines. This is a full-time, in-office position with competitive pay and excellent benefits.
