• You have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, insurance
• You have previous caregiving experience
• You hold a CNA or HCA certification
• You have a Food Handler Card (we will help you obtain one)
• You know CPR/First Aid
• You are comfortable with, or eager to learn, safe Hoyer Lift transfers

• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming
• Safe mobility and Hoyer Lift transfers (training provided)
• Companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Documenting care and reporting any changes
• Encouraging clients to stay active, engaged, and joyful
