Home Instead Care Professionals provide a variety of non-medical services that help older adults remain in their homes and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Care Professional job description includes, but is not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation

• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation

• Medication and appointment reminders

• Personal care with all activities of daily living

• Dementia/Alzheimer's Care

• Transportation to errands and appointments

• Nurse Delegated Services (must be certified as NA-R/NA-C or HCA-C)

Requirements to be a Care Professional:

• Ability to pass a background check, DMV check, and a drug screen

• Possess a valid Driver's License and auto insurance

• Reliable transportation (must be able to drive self to shifts/visits)

• Flexibility to work some weekends

• Care Professionals must be willing to drive the entire service area. We provide care in all of the following locations: Kitsap County (Bremerton, Belfair, Allyn, Port Orchard, Seabeck, Key Peninsula, Silverdale, Poulsbo, Kingston, Bainbridge Island, and Hansville)

  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time (Minimum of 20 hrs. per week)
  
  Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (Depending on certification status, shift and years of experience)
  
  Extra incentives for working weekend and/or overnight shifts
  
  Caregiving Experience: 1 year (Preferred but not required)!
