What You’ll Be Doing

The Master Puzzle: Manage daily and weekly schedules for our team of caregivers, ensuring all client shifts are filled.

Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for caregivers regarding their schedules, call-outs, and availability.

Client Connection: Communicate schedule changes to clients and their families with empathy and professionalism.

Problem Solving: Quickly address last-minute cancellations by finding suitable replacements to ensure no lapse in care.
- Compliance & Matching: Match caregivers to clients based on skills, personality, and specific care requirements.

Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records in our scheduling software to ensure seamless payroll and billing processes
What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1–2 years in scheduling, administrative support, or customer service preferred (Home Care experience is a huge plus!).

Reliability: A commitment to being a steady presence for our staff and the families we serve.

Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly via text and email.
