Our office in Amarillo provides caregivers for the Panhandle area including Amarillo, Claude, Hereford, Dumas, Borger, Fritch, Canyon, Pampa , and many others.

- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide patient care by monitoring vital signs and observing changes in health or behavior.
- Prepare meals and assist with meal planning according to dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts for transferring clients safely.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding any concerns or changes in client status.
Candidates should have experience in caregiving or related fields, including but not limited to:
- Home health or hospice care experience.
- Working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disorders.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques.
- Familiarity with patient monitoring and vital sign assessment.
- Experience in memory care or Alzheimer's care settings.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for client support.
