RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of this client-facing Search Consultant include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the primary consultant and trusted advisor for executive search engagements from discovery through successful placement.
- Lead stakeholder interviews, brainstorming sessions, candidate review meetings, and hiring consultations with executive leadership teams.
- Build trusted client relationships while providing clear communication, strategic guidance, and accountability throughout each search.
- Develop Position Profiles that accurately define the organization's culture, leadership needs, and ideal candidate profile.
- Manage multiple executive search projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met.
- Identify, interview, assess, and evaluate executive candidates using structured interviews and VisionSpark's proprietary assessment methodology.
- Analyze candidate qualifications, assessment results, and interview findings to provide objective hiring recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive candidate reports, presentations, and hiring recommendations for executive stakeholders.
- Guide clients through each stage of the hiring process, including interview strategy, candidate selection, and offer consultation.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates through professional, relationship-driven communication.
** This is a full time, in-person position based in Worthington, Ohio. **
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 5 years working in a business environment
- Experience working directly with business owners, executives, or similar leaders
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Zoom, Skype, and other cloud or web-based applications
Preferred
- Project management and/or account management experience
- Experience working with small to medium sized companies (up to 100 employees)
- B2B services experience
- Human resources experience
- 4-year degree
Desired
- Experience creating customized solutions
- Experience collaborating with sales professionals
- Experience composing job descriptions or marketing pieces

Salary: 55k-65k with opportunity for incentive earnings (first-year total compensation of 80k )
