The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Consultant to join our North America Board & Commercial Leadership practice. This is an opportunity to build a market within a high-growth business, specialising in CEO, COO, CRO and senior commercial leadership appointments across private equity-backed companies.
You'll play a key role in shaping the practice, developing long-term client relationships, winning retained search mandates, and becoming a recognised specialist within your market.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering retained executive search assignments across CEO, COO, CRO and senior commercial leadership positions
- Building and developing relationships with private equity investors, portfolio companies and senior executives
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities across the North American market
- Managing executive-level search processes from brief through to completion
- Developing market intelligence and building a strong network of board-level talent
- Working closely with senior leadership to shape the future direction of the practice
- Playing a key role in the growth of the team, with the opportunity to build and lead a team around you

- Previous experience within executive search or senior-level recruitment
- A track record of building client relationships and generating new business
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a market and create something long-term
