Your contributions are…
- Translate high-level or ambiguous requirements into actionable software solutions through direct engagement with customers and stakeholders
- Develop, test, and deploy software solutions, incorporating user feedback to iteratively improve functionality and performance
- Collaborate with senior engineers to review code, understand architectural decisions, and continuously improve technical skills
- Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and accelerate solution development
- Develop scripts, user interfaces, and backend services to integrate disparate data sources into cohesive, user-focused applications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
- 3 years of experience in software development
- Experience developing applications using Python and JavaScript
- Ability to work in dynamic environments with evolving requirements and minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and gather requirements
- Experience working in Linux environments and using Git for version control
