• Translate high-level or ambiguous requirements into actionable software solutions through direct engagement with customers and stakeholders
• Develop, test, and deploy software solutions, incorporating user feedback to iteratively improve functionality and performance
• Collaborate with senior engineers to review code, understand architectural decisions, and continuously improve technical skills
• Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and accelerate solution development

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
• 3 years of experience in software development
• Experience developing applications using Python and JavaScript
• Ability to work in dynamic environments with evolving requirements and minimal oversight
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and gather requirements
