POSTIION OVERVIEW
Visionary Manufacturing is seeking a motivated and professional individual to support our sales team by managing and qualifying incoming leads, initiating customer contact, and scheduling meetings for our outside sales representatives. This role is critical in driving business growth and ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.
The ideal candidate is well-spoken, organized, and eager to learn. While prior industry knowledge is a plus, we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Follow up promptly on inbound and outbound sales leads
· Qualify prospects and identify customer needs
· Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for the outside sales team
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
· Communicate professionally via phone, email, and virtual platforms
· Support lead generation efforts and outbound outreach campaigns
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
· Highly organized with attention to detail
· Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
· Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, email, Microsoft Office, Salesforce etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in inside sales, customer service, or lead generation
· Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments
· Understanding of technical products or solutions
INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE (Preferred but Not Required)
Training will be provided, but familiarity with the following is beneficial:

- Rollforming and tube & pipe systems
- Presses and forming technologies
- Automation and material handling solutions
- Monitoring and control systems
- Lubrication and fluid management
- Wash systems
- Infrastructure and equipment services
