We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Tableau, and data visualization to analyze complex datasets, develop dashboards, and provide actionable business insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
Write complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, stored procedures, and optimize query performance.
Gather, clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources.
Create KPIs, metrics, and reports to monitor business performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
Perform data quality checks and investigate data discrepancies.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes.
Required Skills
8 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Tableau.
Expertise in data visualization, dashboard development, and KPI reporting.
Experience with data cleaning, data validation, and exploratory data analysis.
Strong knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
Experience with Power BI or other BI tools.
Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data modeling.
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
