Key Requirements:
- 10 years of Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud experience
- Strong hands-on Payroll Configuration – elements, deductions, eligibility, balances, payment methods and payroll structures
- Deep understanding of payroll processing, gross-to-net, YTD balances, retroactive processing, QuickPay, pre-payments, costing and GL
- Strong Fast Formula development and troubleshooting
- Hands-on HDL/HSDL experience, including reversing/retracting committed HDL loads and correcting/reloading payroll data
- Experience customizing seeded payroll flow patterns and troubleshooting payroll flows
- HCM Extracts, OTBI and BI Publisher
