What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Specialist position at Visionary Broadband?
Job Summary:
Our rapidly growing retail business is looking for an accomplished, upbeat, and friendly individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s billing and customer service policies and be very attentive to detail, as well as be willing to call and take calls from customers regarding billing.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Residential & Business Collections
- Apply daily check payments
- Daily ACH, Chargebacks, EFTs (alternate weekly with other AR Specialist)
- Manage and address tickets in the Payment Arrangement Queue
- Manage and address tickets in the Pending Internal Queue
- First point of contact for phone calls
Qualifications and Skills:
Associate degree in a business-related field preferred
Ability to be very attentive to details.
Must have computer experience and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Documents
Proven ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at one time
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, proven ability to deal with upset customers
Must be available to work occasional times outside of the normal 8-5 working schedule
Compensation details: 20-22 Hourly Wage
