With both in-person events in Beverly Hills and a global digital presence through Visionaries TV, we are building a modern ecosystem for independent film, storytelling, and industry connection.
We are currently preparing for our next phase of growth and are seeking a talented Web Design Intern to help redesign and elevate our official website.
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Design Intern to lead the redesign of the Visionaries Film Festival website. This role is perfect for someone passionate about film, design, and digital experiences who wants to build a high-impact, portfolio-worthy project.
You will work closely with the Founder & CEO to create a visually compelling, user-friendly, and modern website that reflects the brand and supports festival growth, submissions, sponsorships, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Redesign the Visionaries Film Festival website from concept to launch
Create wireframes, mockups, and final designs (desktop mobile responsive)
Improve user experience (UX) and navigation flow
Integrate key pages (Home, About, Submit, Sponsors, Events, Contact, etc.)
Optimize for conversions (film submissions, ticket sales, email signups)
Collaborate on branding consistency (colors, typography, visual identity)
Implement or assist with development (Webflow, WordPress, or similar platforms)
Ensure SEO best practices and site performance optimization
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in web design (portfolio required)
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Webflow, WordPress, or similar
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
Interest in film, media, entertainment, or creative industries
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Bonus: Experience with branding, animation, or CMS integrations
