The Role: As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead our on-site recruitment team, partner with executive leadership, and execute data-driven hiring strategies to support 100 open roles across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and elevate the on-site recruitment team's performance.
- Strategic Sourcing: Build robust talent pipelines using recruitment tech (ATS), community partnerships, trade schools, and vendor relationships to lower cost-per-hire and time-to-fill.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with Plant Managers and Production Supervisors to forecast headcount, refine workforce metrics, and streamline requisitions.
- Operations & Compliance: Standardize interview frameworks, oversee recruitment compliance, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
- 5 years of full-lifecycle talent acquisition experience (2 years in a supervisory/management role).
- Proven success in managing high-volume hiring within a manufacturing environment.
- Deep expertise in ATS optimization, multi-channel sourcing, and recruitment analytics. Experience recruiting for director-level positions or higher.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or TA certification.
