Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary HR contact; conduct workplace investigations, resolve concerns, and advise management on the fair enforcement of policies.
- Leave Administration: Manage end-to-end leaves (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, Workers' Comp), ensuring federal, state, and legal compliance.
- HRIS & Data: Maintain data integrity, recordkeeping, and generate HR analytics and reports within the HRIS platform.
- Onboarding: Design and facilitate engaging onboarding programs to drive early workforce retention.
- Special Projects: Independently lead compliance audits, policy updates, system optimizations, and engagement initiatives.
- 4 years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience handling complex team member relations and internal investigations.
- Deep working knowledge of full-lifecycle leave administration (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD).
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and report generation.
- Strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to execute independently.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
