AI Enterprise Architect
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new AI team we are building from the ground up to drive innovation and cutting-edge AI solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define architecture designs of enterprise-wide solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and technical due diligence for new projects and solutions.
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and best practices to support business goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement with peers and partner teams.
- Document and communicate architecture designs, decisions, and roadmaps effectively.
This opportunity is a direct-hire position. You will usually work from home and typically work in the Marietta office one day a week for discovery meetings.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 7 years of software engineering experience.
- 3 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, IoT, and blockchain technologies.
- Proven experience breaking down large business problem statements into bite-sized technical solutions.
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architecture.
- Expertise in microservices, API management, DevOps, and containerization technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise integration strategies.
- Experience leading a project or product management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align technology with business strategy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- In-depth understanding of IT security principles, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential impact on healthcare.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with healthcare platforms.
