Job Description

Provide technical solutions white papers, presentations, demonstrations, trade show participation, field sales and customer consulting, and customer briefing workshops
Assist senior staff in conducting internal beta tests for all new products in conjunction with Engineering
Translate, transfer and disseminate acquired COMPANY products and technologies knowledge to both internal and external customers
Conduct product and solution demonstrations at the Solutions Center
Document solutions comparing COMPANY solutions to the competition
Provide technical consulting, installation advice and on-site presentations for customers in support of solution roll-out, ensuring features/functions adhere to specifications
Build and conduct proof-of-concept tests to help the successful conclusion of sales
Work with Global Services personnel, partners and customers to demonstrate COMPANY product and solutions superiority
Assist senior staff to provide technical management for solutions beta tests, develop test plans, participate in beta testing, perform site management
Provide solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of COMPANY\\\'s products/solutions and their value to the customer
Experience in conducting customer-facing presentations and/or workshops
Knowledge in Networking, Database, Applications or Operating Systems
Presales or Consulting experience a major advantage
Proven Professional, Cisco, Oracle or Microsoft Certification a plus
Results-driven, Customer-focused, fast-learner
Possess great energy level, ability to multi-task and handle challenging situations
Excellent Communication, Presentation and Inter-personal skills
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
Able to understand and speak Japanese is an added advantage.
