Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the Budgeting, Reporting, Cost Accounting, and Decision Support Platforms.
- Oversee daily operations of the Productivity platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Reconcile General Ledger and Payroll with Decision Support reports every week.
- Serve as the financial liaison to department leaders, facilitating effective communication and understanding of financial reports.
- Support special projects and conduct cost/benefit analysis to guide business planning and operational strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance assessment in a healthcare setting.
- Strong ability to extract, interpret, and present financial data in a clear and meaningful way.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive automation of financial processes for improved efficiency.
