Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Scrum Master for commercial real estate operations, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
- Coach and mentor teams in agile practices, helping to adopt and continuously improve agile processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between real estate operations and finance, particularly with the utilization of PeopleSoft.
- Oversee the migration to the new SaaS platform, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyze operational workflows and metrics to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or agile coaching in a commercial real estate or finance environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, principles, and frameworks, particularly Scrum.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and experience with SaaS platform migrations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
