Retail Sales Associate

We are hiring a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This is a full-time, in-person position working within a retail environment — engaging with customers, promoting products and services, and contributing to sales targets as part of a close-knit team.

No experience in sales is required. We provide full training and support from day one. What matters most is that you're friendly, reliable, and motivated to do a good job.

Responsibilities

- Approaching and engaging with customers in a professional and welcoming manner

- Presenting products and services clearly and confidently

- Answering customer questions and helping them find the right solution

- Maintaining a positive, high-energy presence on the floor

- Working as part of a team and supporting colleagues when needed

- Keeping up to date with product knowledge through ongoing training

Requirements

- Strong communication skills and a confident, approachable manner

- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude

- Comfortable in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment

- Self-motivated and target-driven

- Must be 18 or older and able to commute to Cleveland, OH daily

- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
